Getting H1 with Associates Degree

Hello, sir

I have a One Question about H1 visa, I have been doing a Medical assistance, in New york,It is associated degree.I confuse about that H1 visa is possible in Associate Degree or not,Its good opportunity in Job but I am International Student And Also I have assosicated degree, so it big confuse that what are the chances to get H1 visa or not?

Bachelor's degree is required for H1 visa.
