H1 B VISA Accused of 498 A

Hi

I am holding H1B Visa and working in USA. Last year went to india with wife, my wife went to there home after couple of days staying in my parents house. Then one day she came back and fought with my old parents, insulted them, then we had a fight. Then she left our house and change my and my life. She field a 498 A case against me and my old parents with dowry charge of 3 lacs.I got arrested, but as always truth always wins, I got bail on next day.How some one belive that one guy earn monthly 4 lac in indian currency can ask for 3 lac dowry? also they don't have any medical ground. Also I got permission to join my job in USA from high court.

You guys don't belive how's pathetic my life became. not able to think properly, stressed out, but some how still managed to do my job in USA. But always thinking to go back india and kill their entire family and arrested my self.
but again when I think about my old parents chage my mind, actually I am the only child of my parents.

I want to get rid of this situation with out harming any one.

Can some one give me following advice.

Can I file divorce in USA? (but my wife is in india)
If yes then How? Also Since I am already middle aged my parent want me to marry as soon as possible.
I know If i file divore in india by the time i will get divorce i will be 40.

Seeking advice, please help.

You need some serious counseling and anger management course before you end up doing something self destructive. Go seek some help from a professional and read some divorce threads on the forum.
