Query on existing H4 on previous H1

Hi,
My wife had H4 with valid I-94 till aug 2010 and valid visa till oct 1st 2009.
Recently i transferred my H1, didn't transfer her H4.

Now she is going to India and come back before her visa expires. I want to know will she face any issues at port of entry, because she is on my previous H1.

Please help me in this regard, she want to go for H4 stamping again in India..if it is going to create problem for her.

H4 Stamping is not required in case of H1 transfer.
It is valid until its expiry.
