worried over my H1B refiling

Dear All,

I am little concern about my situation. I was laid off in March 2009 and my employer canceled my H1B and on last week of April 2009, I received my H1B cancellation confirmation from USCIS. Now, I found a new project from the same employer with proper client work order and signed agreement with client and my employer. Now my employer is going to refile my H1B.

Question: will I have any problem with H1B approval? I have completed only 4 years of H1 and I have pay stub until March 2009.

No problem at all. H1 is all about having job. As long as your employer is able to handle any queries by USCIS, no issues.
