This is for my son. He is I.T. professional. Working in India for his usa clients. Visits often.
Few of his usa clients are ready to sponsor h-1 visa for him.
Please guide us for:
1. What will be exact process of applying for H-1? I mean employer part and employee part. What forms and when to be filled up? What will be fees etc. What time it can take?
2. If you can help us to complete the process what will be your fees?
Is it okay if for the current year his employer files application within coming 30 days?
