You need not have any "special" reason to PP your application. You can PP it even if you apply 6 months prior to your expiration or a week before expiration. No restrictions whatsoever.

You can apply for renewal any time within 6 months prior to expiration of petition.

First of all I would like to thank "TXH1B" for replying me very quickly earlier. I am kind a confused whats the best option to apply for H-1 B renewal as My visa is expiring in september 2009. If I apply premium taking into consideration the Visa queries and all, is there any chance of getting a question like why I am applying fast processing before 4 months of my visa expiry date. Is it too early for H-1 renewal or when do u guys think is best time to apply.Please suggest.....
