when should one go for new h1 stamping

Hi there,

I have my H1b approved for 2009-2010. Is there is rule saying that one should only go 90 days before the employment date ( October 1 2009) . Replies will be appreciated.

It depends on the consulate. It was 90 days in India from couple of years back. I don't know if things have changed since then. You can enter only 10 days before Oct 1st.
