My H1B Petition expired on March 19, 2009 and employer applied for extension with Premium processing on March 17, 2009. The case was sent back with an RFE which was responded to on May 6, 2009. On May 19, 2009 a denial of notice was sent stating that they have given the reasons and the case might have some options. We are waiting to get the official mail on this. Does anyone know of any case that was reapplied and then the petition got approved ? Does this normally happen ? Can someone actually transfer this petition to a new employer, is that still an option considering that this has been denied with the current employer ?
