Annotaion on visa stamp

Hi friends,
How are you doing? can you please tell me what is annotation on the USA visa stamp. I got a H1b visa and on the visa stamp it is written as ANNOTATION: JUNE 5TH, 2009. My visa official date is June 16Th. Can you please tell what does this annotation mean?

The section is used to write any notes by the VO to the POE officer. Usually, they write the PN,PED, Background check results etc. Don't know what the significance of the date on your visa is. Nothing to be worried about the annotation though.
