H1B RFE ..Urgent..

Hi,

Could youu please help me for this............urgent, appreciate for help.

I got the Laid off on 24th Apr 2009.
I applied H1B transfer March 27th 2009. Got the RFE on Apr 18th 2009.

My employer unable to support with proper documentation. so

Again i applied new H1b Trasfer with xxx. on may 13th 2009. got the receipt only.

My question here...

If i withdraw the first employer what will happend for legal status from Apr 24 th May 13th.???
If i submit RFE to USCIS with paper work if they denies what is the Legal Status.???
What will happend for Second xxx employer visa status.
