Hi,

INFORMATION:
(1) I got H1B approved from company-A on Oct-2006.
(2) From Mar-2007 to Sep-2007, I came to US on H1B visa with company-A.
(3) I have last 4 paystubs from company-A with me.
(4) Company-A sent the cancellation notice to USCIS on Dec-2008.
(5) I came to US on L1 visa on Feb-2009 through Company-B.

QUESTION:
(1) Can I transfer my H1B to company-C?

--- Assuming you are in the US on L1 status, Company C can file for a cap-exempt H1B petition for you and you can work for Company C after the petition receipt number has been generated by the USCIS.
