H1B payroll in India

Hi,
I am having valid h1b and currently working in US,i got a offer from a company but they want to transfer my h1b.but the issue is they r saying they will be doing payroll from India but working in us on h1b.my concern is will i be able to transfer my h1b in future with such paystub.would appreciate your reply.
