Hi There,
My Spouse and Me are both on H1-B visa, but now My Spouse is pregnent and she want to transfer to H4, She has the paystubs till May 15 2009, but the PROBLEM is I recently got a permanent position and my company filled for my H1 transfer on May11 2009 (regular filling), So how can I change my wife's status as she will not be getting any more paystubs here after. My queries are:
1) Can I add her on my H1 filling which is already in process, Or do I have to wait until my H1 process is completed?
2) If I have to wait until my process is completed, than what about the paystubs, don't we need the most recent paystubs?
Any help greatly appreciated.
