H1B transfer Denied

I had applied for a H1B transfer which was denied.My ex employer has not revoked my H1B yet.I have been on the paychex from the new employer for past couple of months.
Could some experts out here please shed some light on what needs to be taken care of in case if i have to go back and work for my ex employer?

Nothing. When you start getting pay stubs from your old employer, old H1 will be triggered.
