H1 & h4

Hi,

I have my visa till Sep 2009 & I applied for transfer which I recieved approved till 2012.

As my marriage is in month of August planning to go India this month end as I am not in project & planning to come in September .

My question is as I am not in project thought of not attending H1 stamping at India. Now can I come on H4 & can I start work on H1 as I already had approved H1 transfer petetion with I -94.

When you come on H4 and wants to use H1, you have to apply for Change of Status and get approval.
