H4 Query

Hello Everybody,

I am a huge problem, I want to get H4 of my wife, but the thing is my marriage happened without our parents approval. I did normal marriage and then got it registered (No court marriage) with only my friends around.

So in the marriage pic i don't have my parents or my wifes parents or for that matter any senior person. And i have heard that the consulate office looks the photo album and ask who is who. And i am thinking that they might say that in marriage parents were not there , so we wont approve H4.

So i am just wondering if that would be an issue. Please advice.

As long as you produce legal marriage certificate, it is not a problem.
