H1-b to H4 and COS from H4 to H1-b

Hi,

I am on my H1-b, and lost my job. I am planning on COS to H4. My question is once I have my COS H4 approved, can I switch back to H1-b when I find a new job? During the time of my H4, I dont plan to leave the country.

What will be the process to change my status from H4 to H1-b?

---- From H4 to H1 also you do a COS with the employer who will apply for your transfer your H1. However, you have to wait till your H1 is approved and you cannot join the new employer with a receipt and receipt number

Also I can get my H1-b premium processed, so that way I can get it approved in 3 weeks right?
