H4 visa stamping with out h1 visa stamping

    H4 visa stamping with out h1 visa stamping

    hi,

    I am having H1b and my wife is having H4 visa valid upto oct-2010 on paper due to COS from L1 to H1,L2 to H4. Now I am planning to send my wife to india.

    I believe i am having all my latest pay stubs.

    would there be a problem if my wife goes for H4 visa stamping as I don't have my H1 visa stamped.

    Please suggest.

    Not at all an issue. There is no need for you to have a visa for your wife to get one as long as you maintain the status.
