  • Non-compete clause

    Hi ,
I have signed a offer with my employer while joining and I suspect that there is a non-compete clause in it,problem is I lost that document. However I have documents my employer used to file the I-129 petition and supporting letter which states terms of employment and other things. My question is if he has non-compete agreement with me,does he needs to include that clause while filling the I-129 petition? If any one could help on this..it's really helpful ,I have an offer with end client in my hands and just can't able to decide to join full time with client or not.

    Thanks,
    reddy

Non-compete has got nothing to do with H1b filing documents. That is between you and your employer.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
