Are consultants applying for H1 these days?

Hello All,

I was on H1 earlier from 2001-2002 but now it is expired.

I came to know that H1 quota is still open.. Is INS entertaining H1 applications genuinely and alloting H1's?

Can someone suggest me good consultants who can file H1 on my behalf?

As long as you have valid skills and you find a genuine employer, USCIS will process your H1.
