  • GreenCard

    Hi ,

Can any one give me details for both contractor and permenant positions,
inorder to process greencard how much amount should be paid to employer.
Is it mandatory that we pay or can the process be done for free of cost.

    Thanks,
    Kalyan.

---- What are you expecting of these questions. All jobs in the US are just positions that can be terminated either by you or the employer at any time and as such there is no permanent position (although the term may be used for reference)

Inorder to process greencard how much amount should be paid to employer.

---- You may get to know the application fees on the USCIS website and that will be for the various stages of applications

Is it mandatory that we pay or can the process be done for free of cost.

---- The employee should not pay the application fees. The attorney fees is subject to negotiation wiht you and the employer. Although the employer should bear the brunt of the attorney cost, there is no rule to impose such things
