Hi,
I have been working for a Company A since Aug 2008 on H1B Visa. One month back I got another good offer from Company B . Company B filed my H1 transfer Visa one and half months back (45 days ) and we did not hear any update from USCIS. I have already started working for Company B as I got the eligibility after obtaning the receipt for the Transfer petition.
I would not like to inform my old employer Company A as the current H1 Transfer may or may not happen.
My question is how do I keep my Present H1B Visa with the old employer active state and how long he can keep the Status active ?
