H1 salary less than LCA

I think I am in trouble. I got H1B transfer approved with certain amount p.a. but due to bad market condition I kept working on 10k less p.a.

What are my options to rectify this problem?

There are no options other than the employer paying and matching up the LCA amount. A lumpsum bonus to match up the LCA might help but is not the way it works as wages should be at that rate.

Will it affect H4 stamping for my wife or COS if we do her COS from L1-H4?
I get my pay stub on time.
