Having H1B on company A(never used), but applying for L1A from company B

Hi all,
I've a valid H1B visa and it expires in another 3 months. Though I got it stamped 2.5 years back in India, I did not go to US on H1B due to my personal emergencies and later due to recession. This H1B is on company A.
But during my all these 2.5 years I've been working in India for a reputed Indian MNC - company B ( I worked on L1B for company B prior to H1B stamping).

Now this company B is planning for L1A for me. My question is how should I cover the non usage of H1B when the visa officer questions me during L1 visa apperance. Having H1B should not create any issues for me during th visa interview. Thank you all for your hep.

There is nothing to cover up or hide. It is not an issue. You can tell the truth that you had a good career opportunity in your home country.

Hi,

As correctly said - there is no issue at all.
I had also H1 and L1 Visa stamped which was never used by me.And VO they had just put the stamp- "Cancelled without Prejudice" as they were expired.
