H1-h4-h1

I got H1 visa in oct 2008. Then in April 2009 I applied for H4 visa. I got H4 approval in May 2009. Now if I want to apply for H1 visa again then what would be the procedure for that?

You need a job to convert from H4-H1. Your employer has to file change of status(not you). Once it is approved you would be on H1 and you should start working immediately for that employer.
