Pl. do not be concerned with these kinds of rumors. I came back from India in June on H1 and Visa officer did even see my I 797 petition.

Problem can arise if you are not employed or have some issues with your job.

-- Read more in immihelp , we already discussed before, yes last year they sent back all Indians who hold H1B visa, POE sent back them to India, you know this NEWS..? please becarefull at POE, they will sure send you back.. shhh dont talk to others let them travel to USA atleast near to POE desk.. shshsshssshhhhhhhhh (ahahahaahhahahahaahahhaha no more question please!!! about POE sent back to H1B holders...)
