H1b Under Master Quoata?

Hello,

I completed my 4 years undergraduate degree in mechanical from Indian University and did 2 years Masters degree in IT from US University, I dont have any IT WORK EXPERIENCE AT ALL but 6 years of work experience in Mechanical?

Am i eligible to apply for H1B under masters quoata?

WILL MY UNDERGRADUATE NON IT DEGREE WILL MAKE ANY ISSUE ON H1B PROCESS?

H1b can be applied under advanced degree if you have an advanced degree from the US. Your experience etc does not matter as long as the employer that provides you the job has to evaluate that and prove to USCIS that you are eligible for the job based on your education.
