Hi! I was told that it is the employer's responsibility to pay for H1B and Green card processing fees. Is this true? What law is this based? I need your help ASAP. THanks!

Yes employer has to bear all expenses. The petitions are employer's petition. (employee doesn't even sign it) It is based on the Immigration and Nationality Act.
