H1b Problem

Hi,

Recently i was moved to fulltime postion and my h1b got transfered with new company.

and i got RFE for H1B transfer.

I want to know if my Case is denied, wht is the next step for me.

I talk with my current company they are telling that i have to go to india and comeback with valid h1b..

my question i dont have any 797 approval doc how come i come back ??
