H1 Query get H4 stamping

My spouse has recieved H1 approval last year. When she was back in India this May 09, she has recived query for section 221 G. Now, can she go for H4 stamping based on my petition? If yes, what questions she will be facing?

I have a son. I had his H4 extended. Will there be a question, like why her h4 was not extended?
