    L1B to H1B denied, I-140 approved

    Hi Frenz,

    My L1B to H1B conversion has been denied. But my I-140 is approved. Company has said that they will file I-485 only when it becomes curerent.

    I am going to apply for my L1B extension but may get only till say April'10.

    What are the optiones left for me to stay is US beyond April'10?
