H1B Extension

Greetings,

My H1B visa got expired on May 20th 09. I have applied for Extension on got RFE on 22nd Jun 09 and my employer received RFE letter on July 6th 09. And this is first H1B extension. I has been in us for the past 6 months and pervious time I was here for 45 days

My employer will never reveal what the RFE is. But they have asked me job responsibilities and going to reply for the RFE by Aug 6th 09.

Each and every day I am hearing lot of rumors regarding H1B extension approvals/denials.

Please some one share your idea about the probability of approval/denial of H1B extensions.
Was there any approval/denial for first time H1B EXTENSION?

Each case is independent and the likelihood of approval cannot be predicted in statistical terms as it is purely dependent on each case and it's merits.

My employer will never reveal what the RFE is.

Mos probably because the RFE shows the company in bad light.
