H4 Travel

My family has H4 Visa until Sept. 30, 2009 with Employer A and a I797 until Nov. 14, 2010 with Employer B. Currently they are visiting India and will be returning back on Sept. 01, 2009. Will they be stopped at the port of entry for any of the following :
1. because Visa will be expiring in less than a month,
2. or because not having a Visa with the new Employer B.
Can anybody spare few minutes to help me. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

---- They can show your I-797 (H1 petition) with the employer B to get a I-94 valid till Nov. 2010. Otherwise they will be out of status from Oct 1, 2009 unless you apply for their H4 extension based on the new employer
