    H1B transfer question

    I have a H1B from employer A that I got in last year quota which I never used as I have been working on L1 for another employer B. Now I want to resign to my job with employer A and pickup a new job with employer C. Can I transfer my H1B from employer A to employer C. I did not work for employer A, not even for a day.

    Was that H1b a COS? Did it come with an approved I-94 attached? If so, you are in big trouble.

      It was a COS but I made a trip to India to get back into L1. So, my H1B is in dormant state now.
