F1 to H1-B issue

Hi all,
I am on OPT now In next year i have to apply for H1-B
I didn't went to India in these days, from 2007 to 2009 till now
for H1-B visa approval Am i going to face any problems, because some people told me that once in graduation should go home and should come back to avoid H1-B problems.

could any one tell me about H1-B problems please..

Not a problem until you are in valid OPT status till Oct 1st, 2010.
