    Urgent: Reg H1B Extension/Transfer

    Hi,

    1) My H1B visa has expired in Dec2008
    2) I got my H1B petition extended till 2011 from Employer 'A' when I was in USA.
    3) Now I am working for Employer 'B' and want to get that transferred.
    4) When I checked the status of my Petition in USCIS, it shows the following:

    Application Type: I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER

    Current Status: Case reopened or reconsidered based on USCIS determination, and the case is now pending.

    Can someone please help me regarding the above?

    Looks like your employer A has informed USCIS to revoke ur H1

      What do I do now? Can't I get it transferred to new employer??
      If not, do i need to initiate another new H1B?

      Please advise.

        Read the FAQs. A revoke only means you cannot work for that employer and can very well transfer the cap counted H1b to another.
