to clearout 6 days illegal stay

hello and please help me,

I got my h1b visa approval notice on last week. But Uscis asked to go to India and get stamped, Bcoce I stayed here 6 days illegally before H1b filed. So is it any problem to get stamped ? can I clearout this illegal stay by paying penalty to CIS? plesa help me

No, This isn't the middle east where illegal period can be cleared out by paying a fine.

You have to declare it and leave the country immediately to get a visa stamp. The more illegal stay you accumulate, the more the trouble is.

Your illegal stay continues as your H1b was approved without a I94 now and a 180+ day stay earns you a 3 year ban while a 365+ earns you a 10 year ban.
