H1B renewal question!

Hi members,

I need to renew my H1B visa, since my first 3 years have gone by.

Just wondering whether I could file the papers myself without going to my attorney who filed it the first time.

And should the labor be approved again for H1B renewal?

You cannot file anything. Your employer or attorney of the employer should be filing it. LCA is required.
