Visiting UK for 2 weeks and returning to US

Hi,

I am currently in US and am planning to visit UK for 2 weeks on a business visa. I am planning to come back to US on September 25th. My current H1B stamping expires on October 19th. I have my H1 extension approved till 2012.

Couple of questions.
1. Do I need to get my new H1 stamped before enter US ?
2. If so, can I get it stamped in UK instead of going to India ?
3. Is there any possibility that my entry can be denied at the port of entry because by that time, my H1B stamp will only be valid for 1 month approximately from Sep 25th ?
