H1 Approval & I -94

I had I-94 which is valid till May 2011 and in the mean time applied for transfer and got the transfer approval but in that approval, new I-94 is not given.

1. Should I leave country because I dint get the I-94? But I do have I-94 till May 2011, which came from earlier transfer.

2. Is it fine for me to stay with new H1 approval but then with out new I-94 but with already availabl I-94 which is valid till May 2011( which I got from my previous transfer )

If you get an approval without I-94 then, you have to stop working for the new employer if you already started and go out and get a new visa stamped (if your visa already expired), get a new I-94 at POE.

Working for new employer after denial of an EOS is illegal.
