    Erroneous RFE Date in USCIS - H1B 2010

    H1 B applied this year, attorney hasn't got RFE so far but status got updated @ USCIS in Aug 1st week that RFE is sent in June.

    Does anyone what is going on at VSC?

    Did your employer change company location?
    Anyways, employer's attorney should manage a copy of RFE from USCIS.

      Nope employer hasn't changed location. Attorney says he reported the same to USCIS and waiting on response.
