H1B visa expires on 01 Oct 2009

Hi,

My H1B visa expires on 1st OCT 2009 which is filed thru company A.
I am planning to travel to US on September 27 on present H1 visa.

**Will i be having any issue at the immigration as my Visa will expire just after 4 days.

I already have an approval from company B but there may be a delay in receiving the documents and i am willing to continue my services with company A itself where no extension was filed by company A until now.

**Without willing to go for stamping on my approved transfer i.e. company B,can i travel to US on present Visa of Company A and then if i change my employer to Company B--what are the issues.

I am not sure I understand your questions. How can you work for A after their petition expires? It is illegal.

Ad far as entry into US goes, you can enter as long as visa is valid for any employer and presenting an approval from any other employer. Spend some time and research on the forum and read the FAQs.
