Hi All,
I have my H-1 visa with company "A". My visa(first 3 years) is expiring September 30, 2009. I have already applied for H-1 renewal with company "A" in premium processing but have an RFE there which the company lawyer is trying to address.
Also, I am trying to find another job on the side and now that the job market has picked up I am expecting interview calls from companies. But my concern is say I got a job somewhere else, but it happens after September 30.
So my questions is can I still do a transfer or do I need to wait for this renewal to come from company "A" and only then can I transfer??
