    I worked in company A from Nov 2006 to May 2009 and
    from May 2009 i am working with company B
    so, in Question 12 of DS-157 form regarding employer
    details
    should i fill the details of company A only, which is
    my last employer or should i fill the details of both
    company A and company B (my current employer)

    as it says "Not including Current Employer,List your
    last two employers"

    so i am confused should i include or not include
    company B in Last two employers list as it is my
    current employer.

    or whether it is necessary to include details of
    atleast 2 employers even if it means including current
    employer.

    If you have just one employer you can give details of that employer alone.

    Many people work only for one employer throughout their career, in which case they don't write anything.
    So don't worry about number.
