Hello Friends,

My Brother Applied H1 this year. since this year dont have lottery system his H1B is not approved. his consultant didnt returned his money.

So Is this correct or can we get our money back from the consultant

USCIS charges processing fees and there is a reason they don't call it approval fee. No refunds.

Paying for H1b is illegal.
