Hi Guys,

I'm on H1 B ..I applied for H1b extension..which is rejected and I applied I290 B
appeal to commissioner ...now pending..
My I-94 also expired...

Am I out of status now?

I want to apply for F2 visa as my wife on F1 visa...

Please let me know the process ...can I apply directly to USCIS ? should I go through attorney?
Please help me out...
