Somebody please explain what is Leap Frog?

Hi,

I am in L1 and I get my H1 approved.

1) Whether I can go India and come back in L1 without H1 get stamped and continue with current employer? Is this called Leap Frog?

2) So what will happen to my H1 in that case? Is it possible to join H1 employer once after returning from India?

Please help me I am confused and helpless.

I think you must be annoyed with this word. But what shall we do to know some thing like this.
