I got my H1 in Oct 2007 (along with i-94) from a new company-A. But I maintained my status as L1 (by leaving Us and entering again on L1) from existing company. Now I need to join my new company-A on the approved H1.
What is the process for changing new company-A.
Also I was unmarried when I got H1. Now I am married and my wife is on L2. Her status also needs to be changed to H4.
Please help. How can we do that. What is the process.
