Which is the last date for FY2010 h1b file approval ?
I mean up to which date H1B files will be approved for FY2010?
I am hearing the date is 30 September 2009? is this true?

---- The closing date for accepting H1 applications is 30 Sept and that is true. This means that any H1 application dated and stamped after 30 Sept. will not be accepted. Approvals may take their onw time and it depends on each center and individual case
