HI all,
I have a valid H1b Petition and presently i am in India.I am planning to attend visa interview next month(November 2009).I applied for H1B this year march when i was in US with an L1b visa.My new employer(a US consulting company) has a strength of 129 employees.I got all the documents from my employer,but the offer letter from my employer says i will be working for an internal project.Will this be a problem when i attend the visa interview???
